Bookings, Site Visits & Cancellations

• Site visits and consultations are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Clients are requested to share accurate project details, site access, and timelines.
• In case of cancellation or rescheduling of a confirmed site visit, prior intimation is requested.

Client Responsibilities

• Ensure site readiness and access during scheduled visits or execution.
• Disclose any structural, electrical, plumbing, or safety constraints at the site.
• Review and approve proposals, drawings, and estimates before work commencement.

Limitation of Liability

While we follow professional practices and reasonable care, Mark Green Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from project delays, environmental factors, third-party dependencies, or circumstances beyond our control.
